This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we process it, and the rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What data we collect
When you submit the partner contact form, we collect the details you provide: your full name, work email, organization, role, partner type, country or region, and your message. Separately, if you accept analytics or marketing cookies through the cookie banner, we collect usage data about how visitors use this site, and, for marketing cookies, data used to measure and personalize ads. The site works fully if you reject them.
Why we process it
We use your form details to review your partnership enquiry, respond to you, and take the steps needed before entering into a potential agreement. Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR this rests on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in developing business relationships (Article 6(1)(f)). Under KVKK it rests on Article 5(2)(c) and Article 5(2)(f). Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a), KVKK Article 5(1)), which you give or withdraw through the cookie banner. We do not sell personal data.
Where your data goes and who sees it
When you submit the partner form, your details are sent to our enquiry system, hosted by Vercel Inc., and archived in private storage there. A notification of each enquiry, including the details you entered, is sent to the Enbiosis team through Telegram. The meeting booking button on the contact page is provided by Google Calendar; if you book a meeting, Google processes that booking. Your details are accessible to the Enbiosis team members who handle partnership enquiries and to these service providers. Some of them process data outside the UK, the EU and Türkiye, including in the United States. You can ask us at [email protected] for details of the safeguards that apply to these transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and, where a partnership discussion continues, for the duration of that relationship. If no relationship develops, we delete or anonymize the data within two years of your last contact with us, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask us for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you are in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) grants you equivalent rights under Article 11, including the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request correction or deletion, and to object to results produced by automated analysis. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in Türkiye, the KVKK Board; in the EU, your national data protection authority.
